Lower Ark is a water conservancy district that has a track record of using innovative ideas to help solve water issues affecting the Lower Arkansas Valley.

Established in 2002

Lower Ark was established in 2002 in order to better serve the needs of the Lower Arkansas River Valley and its farmers. 

Our Goal

The goal of Lower Ark is to conserve and keep water in the valley so that this valley can grow and thrive while using best practices. 

Our Team

The Lower Arkansas Valley Water Conservancy District Office Staff oversees the day to day operations of the district, carries out planning, and assists with conservation easements, water questions, and customer service.
